  Allstate paid Servpro thousands of dollars to remove debris, clean, and dry a house that was still leaking with a patched roof by professionals - recently damaged. The homeowners waited 3 weeks on an adjuster. An adjuster that did not know the difference between 8 ft and 9 ft ceilings, vinyl or wood flooring, and the list goes on!!!!! Now the home is leaking again because of a patched roof by professionals and it is saturated again*>*&%!!! Three weeks waiting on an adjuster to assess the damage and the insurance company wants to know why they haven't started the roof ....maybe they are waiting on a check and an adjuster as they were informed!! So this Monday the homeowners will be on the phone again doing the insurance company's job, talking to multiple people of which none of them know what they are doing!! So the storm was the easy part the fight with the insurance is the real stress!
